40 Clinton St is a post-war building located in historic Brooklyn Heights. The building is 12 floors with 153 apartments and two fully upgraded elevators. The building features a newly renovated roof and roof deck with spectacular views overlooking the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, and Brooklyn Bridge. Other amenities include a spotless, refurbished laundry room, storage units for a nominal fee (waiting list applies), and bicycle storage. The co-op employs a wonderful staff, including a part-time doorman, handyman, as well as a live-in super. Most of its staff have been serving the building for decades. It is an amicable community. Pets are welcome.

There have been several recent improvements to the physical building, including new windows, new chiller (HVAC), and renovated hallways. The building has strong financials and a wonderful property management company.

40 Clinton has a prime location with easy access (5-minute walk) to several subway lines (2/3, 4/5, R, A/C, F).
