387 Clinton Avenue in Clinton Hill is a two building, 16 unit coop at the corner of Clinton and Greene Avenues. There are two lovely entrances, one at 126 Greene Ave. the other facing Clinton Avenue. This 19th century building boasts Old World elegance, with grand entryways, ornate mantles and high ceilings. All units get great light from tall windows. Amenities include a landscaped communal garden, elevator, part time super and laundry facilities in the cellar that links the two buildings with additional direct access to street and bicycle parking. A five by eight storage room is deeded with each unit.

Clinton Avenue was known as Mansion Row at the turn of the 20th century, and still boasts many Mansions from that era, as well as elegant old world apartment houses. The Clinton Hill Historic District was designated in 1985-86.
