The Park Towers is a 131-unit co-op in beautiful Kensington, Brooklyn! This 12-story building boasts a bike room, outdoor parking, elevators, laundry room and private storage.

Situated on the northern end of Ocean Parkway, 370 is one of the tallest buildings in the area offering its residents spectacular views. Classic terraces adorn the eastern facing facade of this art-deco inspired structure. This 24-hour doorman building has one of the only semi-circle pick-up and drop-off driveways on Ocean Parkway as an extra bonus of convenience.

The Park Towers is just a few blocks to the trains and busses and a heartbeat away from the wealth of cafes, shops, and restaurants of Ditmas Park and Kensington. Space, value, and jaw-dropping views make this one of the best buildings in the area.

Central Parks Vaux and Olmsted in 1880 and designated an historic landmark in 1975. It offers leafy pedestrian and bike paths extending from Prospect Park in one direction to the Atlantic Ocean in the other. You’re a few blocks to the trains and a heartbeat away from a wealth of cafes, shops and restaurants. (Sorry, this is a no pet building). Space, value and jaw-dropping views make this one of the best opportunities on the market today — one that should not be missed…
