Building: 34-21 80th Street

The Chateau was built in 1923 and designed by Andrew J. Thomas. It’s located on 80th and 81st streets, between 34th and 35th avenues in the heart of Historic District. It is one of the most opulent buildings with it’s distinctive architecture, which include elegant carved limestone entrances and slate mansard roofs. Each building has an elevator, marble staircases, 2 apartments per floor, front gardens and magnificent block internal garden. They have the following layouts:
2bdr, 1bth – 3bdr, 2bth – 4bdr, 2.5bth
Every apartment has wood burning fireplace, oak floors, plaster walls and 3 to 4 exposures.
