This Five Story Townhouse was built in 1855 and altered in 1893 when an extension was added to it with a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. The façade consists of a first floor exterior that is brownstone plus an additional four floors whose exteriors are brick. The house is located on one of the most beautiful blocks in Chelsea; in the Landmark district across from The Atlantic Theatre Company, founded by David Mamet and William H.
