Building: 30 West 15th Street

30 West 15th Street is a boutique pre-war co-op that offers unparalleled LOFT living. With a lot size spanning over 5,000 sq. ft. this is one of the largest LOFT buildings on the block. This street is of the quietest in the Flatiron District. Through traffic is minimal since 15th Street is a westward street beginning at the intersection of 15th and Union Square West.

Built as a warehouse in 1908 this historic pre-war loft was converted to co-op in 1982. Each floor is carved up into different configurations. Some floors split units leaving one northern facing and one southern facing apartment. Other units span the entire length of the building. Same floor LOFT combinations are also a possibility, resulting in a massive living space rarely available in Manhattan.
