Building: 25 Prince Street

25 Prince, the latest high-end condo conversion from the team behind the chic Ace Hotel on the Bowery. The details of this boutique, 3 unit development were crafted with no expense spared. The building’s facade is crafted from custom brick dies made specifically for this project. The design intent was to recreate NYC tradition within the context of the neighboring buildings. The result is a structure that appears to have always existed on the block. The back of the building offers residents an exclusive verdant courtyard featuring ivy spanning 60-feet high. All floor-through apartments have balconies that effortlessly bring the courtyard inside as well as south-facing windows that bring in plentiful light.
25 Prince is in the heart of chic Nolita, walking distance from the city’s trendiest shops and cafes, Whole Foods, and the New Museum.
