Currently 3 males living here ages 22-26. Bathroom is shared with 2 others, in-unit laundry, central A/C, street parking, spacious basement for extra storage and a backyard. Utilities not included in rent but water is. Listing is for an individual room, not entire unit and only for individual renters. Must have 600+ credit score, gross income (from W2) equal to 3x the rent and a clean background. Security deposit will be 1.5x rent.
