2475 West 16th Street building is a 19-story cooperative apartment building that is part of Harway Terrace Inc. Harway Terrace consist of two buildings totaling 364 apartments that opened their doors in 1963. The other building of Harway Terrace complex is the 2483 West 16th Street building. These buildings feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments. All apartments feature a private balcony. All three-bedroom apartment lines have 1.5 baths.
