It is part of a three-building co-operative consisting of 22, 24 and 26 Cornelia Street. The buildings share a common rear yard with BBQ, which spans the width of the three buildings. This co-op also features a bike storage, laundry room and voice intercom system. There is a live-in Superintendent.
The building allows unlimited subletting after 3 years of residency, washer/dryers, pied-a-terres, corporate purchases, parents purchasing for children and guarantors as well.
