225 Grand Apartments, located at 225 Grand Street in Jersey City, is a 15-story, 348-unit residential tower built in 2010. It was developed by Ironstate Development Company, a New Jersey-based real estate development company that has worked on several other buildings in Jersey City as well as other nearby cities. Currently it is owned and managed by Kushner Real Estate, a company with offices in New York and New Jersey that currently manages over 75 properties.

225 Grand offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, all coming with hardwood flooring and a washer and dryer in-unit. The kitchens have quartz countertops and come with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stainless steel appliances. All units have air conditioning and are smoke-free. Some apartments have city views and outdoor balcony space. The building offers a full-time concierge service as well as amenities such as a residents’ lounge, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool.
