Built in 1939, this 6-story, 60-unit building features a mix of one and two bedroom apartments. 2147 East 17th is located mid-block between Avenue U and Avenue V in a primarily single-family neighborhood. Ownership purchased 2147 East 17th in 2006 and is in the final stages of repositioning the building; new windows were installed in every apartment and the elevator cab and mechanicals are being modernized.
