House: 21 South Elliott Place

This beautiful two-family, four story Italianate townhouse erected circa 1870 sits on a tree-lined brownstone block just a half block from Fort Greene Park in the heart of the Fort Greene Historical District. The house measures 20’ x 42’ and sits on 100’ lot.
