Boulevard is an 11 story, 30 unit rental building, consisting of 6-studios,
17-one-bedrooms and 7-two bedrooms units. Completed in 2011, this affordable
housing building was constructed through the Mixed Income Program on the
City of New York Dept. of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) and New
Housing Opportunity Program (NewHOP) of the NYC Housing Development Corp. A
lottery was conducted in 2010 to select the first occupants of the building.

The ground floor contains one commercial space, which is currently occupied
by “The Park 112,” a restaurant, lounge and wine / champagne bar featuring
communal table dining.
