Building: 204 West 10th Street

204 West 10th Street is found on a prime block in the West Village. Just steps away from historic West 4th and Bleecker Streets the area offers easy access to trains, shops and some of best food destinations anywhere. Claude’s Patisserie, Murray’s Cheese Shop, Amy’s Bread, John’s Pizza, Cone’s Ice Cream and Jack’s Stir Brew are just a few of the incredible places to eat in the neighborhood. The building is a well run Cooperative built in 1920 and converted in 1991. It consists mostly of studios and one bedrooms although there have been some combinations. It is home to a diverse group of friendly newcomers and long time residents all strongly attached to the neighborhood.
