Building: 200 East 78th Street

200 East 78th Street is one of the neighborhood’s finest post-war white-glove cooperative buildings, positioned on the south east corner of 78th Street and 3rd Avenue. This doorman building was built in 1964 and converted to cooperative ownership in 1985.
