Building: 200 11th Avenue

The 200 Eleventh Avenue building is located in Chelsea, between West 23rd and West 24th Street. It is best known for its Sky Garage feature, which is the first for any New York building. 14 residents get to park their cars inside their apartments instead of having it in the basement like in most other buildings.
This post-war condo building was built in 2007-2010 and contains 16 residential units on 19 floors. Apartments feature minimum ceiling height of 11 feet up to double height ceilings to 16-24 feet, oversized double-glass doors in living rooms, kitchens and master bedrooms that open to exterior glass balustrades, concealed kitchens behind folding wood-paneled walls, en-suite bathrooms with hand-carved, free standing granite bathtubs, a glass-enclosed shower and dual undermount sinks. Apartments range in size between 1300 and 3500 square feet.
Building features include 3 keyed elevators, garden, fitness center with terrace, common storage room and a full-time doorman.
Pets, pied-a-terres and washers/dryers are allowed.
