Built in 1926, 18 Owners Corp is 2 buildings away from Central Park West and the c and b trains. Rising 10 stories up the building façade is grounded by a band of limestone above which is rich red brick. The second and third floor windows are framed by stone arches. The entrance is topped by a shield flanked by decorative carvings. You are protected as you enter the marble lobby by a deep red awning that extends to the street.

Converted in 1986 this building originally had 49 units ranging from studios to 5 rooms. Today several units have been combined creating units with 7 rooms. The upper floors enjoy open views across the neighboring landmarked brownstones. Some units are graced with intricately carved mantles over what were gas fireplaces. In addition to a laundry room, there is bike storage, rentable storage units, a Porter and a live in Super. Pets, pied a terres and washer / dryers in the units are allowed.
