175 West 12th Street is a 20-story postwar condominium with 24-hour doorman service, located on a pretty tree-lined block in the center of the Greenwich Village historic district. Containing 214 units, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms, the building was constructed in 1960 and converted to a condominium in 1988. It is one of only two high-rise condominiums in the immediate area. The building is beautifully maintained, and the lobby, halls and elevators have been tastefully renovated.
