Built in 1960 and converted to cooperative ownership in 1973, the building consists of 131 units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. A few have been combined to produce larger spaces. The façade is of beige brick with a base of polished red granite, with a canopied entrance. The building is beautifully maintained, and the lobby and halls have been recently renovated.

Apartments are very spacious and have abundant closet space and large windows, there is central air conditioning, and FIOS is available.

Surrounded by low-rise buildings, the apartments have excellent light and open views, with most higher-floor apartments boasting broad panoramas. Some apartments have balconies or setback terraces.

This is a very well-run coop with solid financials. All units are owner-occupied, and the physical condition of the building is excellent, with all necessary capital improvements completed or in progress.
