The Hamilton Heights Condo complex is comprised of 20 buildings that make up “Condo I”, “Condo II” and “Condo III”. The complex of all the buildings is managed by an active board of managers and an outside management company.

Each building has four units: One studio with outdoor terrace, two 2BR/2BA floor-through units, and one 3BR/3BA Floor-through duplex at the top of the building. Each building has at least 2 Driveways and Garages which are deeded.

There are balconies, hot water heaters (individual to the condo units), natural gas connections and laundry connections. There is a courtyard, fitness center and a condo owner’s aquatic pool room in the common area. The full-time staff oversees the clean and well groomed environment, two recycling centers and other fine amenities.
