114 West 27th Street, also known as December Artists Corporation is a pre-war Loft co-op building located in Chelsea between 6th & 7th Avenues. There are two apartments per floor, except for full floor lofts on the 7th floor and Penthouse. It has recently added a new lobby and two new elevators, accessed by a single key fob, as well as video surveillance. It is a pet friendly building with a great super who takes packages. The building is right around the corner from Whole Foods, Fairway and the #1 and N&R Subways. 114 West 27th Street has been a cooperative since 1986 and is down the block from FIT and to all that the Chelsea/Flatiron/NoMad areas have to offer. Close to Madison Square Park and The Highline, as well as many of Manhattan’s finest restaurants, shops, and bars.
