Located between 87th and 88th Street on the northeast side of the street, 1075 Park Avenue is a full-service white glove building. Built in 1923, 1075 Park Corporation was incorporated in 1954. Designed by the renowned prewar architects George & Edward Blum in red brick, the apartment house has many beautiful architectural details. The ground floor exterior is made with limestone bricks over a granite base surrounding basement windows. Three steps lead to the front doors which have elegant, decorative iron work and on the door surround there is a leafy terracotta carvings displaying faces of Dutch girls. Amenities include cage storage, a fitness room, and pets are permitted. The building allows 50% financing and there is a 2% flip tax.
