Building: 100 United Nations Plaza

In a small enclave of Manhattan, the Midtown neighborhood of Turtle Bay has several notable buildings with architecture ranging from Art Deco to Romanesque Revival. Der Scutt Architects was the design architect and Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman, and Efron (SLCE) was the base building architect. Special attention was paid to providing these homes with energy-efficient heating and cooling systems as well as superb interior finishings.
