Building: 1 Pierrepont Street

One Pierrepont was built in 1921 as a cooperative apartment building and has been one of the premier pre-war co-ops in Brooklyn Heights since that time. There are 24 apartments, two per floor, all spacious with lovely old world details. All with formal dining rooms, large eat-in-kitchens and wood burning fireplaces in all living rooms. There are thirteen floors and an elegant roof top heated solarium with its own wood burning fireplace. A wonderful space for entertaining with incredible views of the harbor, Manhattan and all of Brooklyn. The solarium is surrounded on three sides by large out door terraces.
